Waxahachie Ford

I took my 2016 Ford truck in for 10,000 mile service. I purchased the truck from Waxahachie Ford and this was my second service. The first service was awesome. I waited 4 hrs for the service ,which I'm not upset about. I got the truck back and was inspecting things and it was obvious my tires had not been rotated. The wheels were dirty and there was NO signs of cap being removed or wheels being pulled off of vehicle. The wheels with brake dust were still in the front. When I got home I checked tire pressures and it was obvious the pressures had not been checked either. I questioned the service advisors and got a lot of attitude in response. Being unsatisfied I asked to speak to the manager, I was inside the delearship and looking at him,he looked my way several times,helped a salesman but never made any move to come talk to me. I'll be quite honest, I was totally surprised by the attitude of the service advisors and lack of interest by the manager. This is poor customer service on the part of Waxahachie Ford!
