Beware of False Mail Advertising
Written by Lwright1 on 02/26/2017

This was one of the worst experiences at a car dealership that I have ever experienced. I went because I received an invited in the mail with a guaranteed $25.00 gift card just for stopping by so I said what the heck lets visit at least my gas would be covered. First of all the salesman was new but a great guy by the name of Matthew Earnest and he was just learning the inventory and specs. We looked at a couple of Chrysler 300's on a dirt lot finding one that was damaged which then I became uninterested in what I initially stopped by to see. So I told Matthew I appreciated his service and just wanted to get the promised $25.00 gift card in the mail out for my time. He told his manager and his manager told him I had to test drive a vehicle to get the gift card which was not stipulated on the mailout card. Then we looked at the 2017 Dodge Charger Daytona and test drove it and I fell in love. We did the paperwork and applied for credit and I was there until 9:00pm at night. The banks closed and I was told to come back at 1:00pm the next day. Before leaving I asked the manager for my gift card again and the manager said be back tomorrow. I drove to Waxahachie from Duncanville and was not about to waste my time with a dishonest stereotypical car salesman who is unfortunately teaching new honest salesmen BAD tricks of the trade. I'm a Navy Vet and the salesman Matthew was a Seabee in the Navy and it's a shame our core values "Honor, Courage, and Commitment" are not honored in the place he works or where I went for a honest deal. My advice is throw Waxahachie Dodge Jeep Chrysler mailbox ads in the trash because it's a lure to get you in and they do not honor what they print. I thought we were trying to make America great again!!!!
