Fernando Contreras was so helpful and attentive. He never spoke to me like I was ignorant, which can be hard to find as a woman trying to buy a car. I spoke with multiple salesmen in Houston, College Station, and Austin who all spoke to me like I was an idiot. Fernando never did this and I am very appreciative. I was able to communicate over the phone for all our needs and it was extremely helpful for me. I don't live in Waco, so being able to do everything over the phone besides signing paperwork was awesome.
