I spoke to Cleve (salesperson) on the phone prior to visiting. He answered my questions, and actually made sure the vehicle I inquired about was on the lot. He even texted me a video, as I don't live in Waco. I was not sure if I wanted to pursue an SUV or car. He was very patient in showing me both. (i purchased the new K5) I appreciate he was not a high pressure sales person! The manger and finance manager was very kind and accommodating as well. I am a big believer in honesty and treating customers with respect. I received both! Thank you!
