We came to University Kia to find a vehicle, and ended up with a friend. Cleve was the most amazing salesperson to collaborate with. He was patient, kind and treated us with dignity and respect. We came in with low expectations with what kind of car we could be able to get and with his expertise, knowledge and advice we walked away with a 2020 Kia Sportage. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. Every person in the dealership we encountered was beyond helpful and polite. There was a play room for the kids and plenty of snacks to make the place to feel family friendly and keep them comfortable. From now on my family is apart of the Kia family and I will forever recommend University Kia as the best dealership in Waco!
