Dealership Service Review
We all dread having to go in for service.. but I was pleasantly surprised with this experience. Every one was extremely nice and helpful when I dropped my vehicle off for service. I was originally assigned to James. He was helping another customer when I arrived but another gentleman was very quick to take my information, set me up for additional services, inspection and an oil change, and get me on my way to work. The service was done on my vehicle promptly and I was contacted by James that I was ready to go. James was very polite and helpful when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. He explained everything that had been done. I then went, with James to pay the charges. The only unpleasant dealings I had with Tyler Ford was at check out. The young lady was not friendly, in fact, she never even spoke to me until she told me my total amount due. Those were the only words spoken, which was shocking after having dealt with extremely friendly people up to that point. I believe it is unfair to the employees who tried so hard to make this visit pleasant to have some one end the experience with her unpleasant attitude. Luckily, James walked me to my car, again very polite and pleasant so she was not the last person I dealt with from your business.
