Dealership Service Review
I brought my F-150 in for a rear window leak and left it. Later the service rep called and said it was leaking and told me how much it would be to fix it, which I gave the Ok to do so. Later they called and said it was fixed, and I could pick it up the next day. I picked it up the next day, and drove home with out inspecting it. When I open the back door, I noticed trash in the floor, one of the head rest missing and the black sealant was all on the window and on the outside of the vehicle. The head liner was not meeting up the door seal. The next day, I carried it back and the shop foreman met me and said that Tyler Ford sends glass work out to a third party to do, which made me feel a little better, because in the past I have had nothing but good results from Tyler Ford. I bought this vehicle from Tyler Ford and you are the only ones who has serviced it. The shop foreman apologized and had the vehicle cleaned up and fixed the head liner. I also found the missing head rest under the rear seat. This could all have been prevented if there was a better quality control inspection done when the vehicle is returned from the glass shop.
