I always have a good experience with Tyler Ford Service Department. All of the service advisor are very friendly and helpful especially Scott Harrell. He is the nicest guy! He always makes me feel like I am a valued customer and takes the time to answer all my questions. Even if he is, he never seems too busy for me and is always very prompt with communication and keeping me updated on the status of my truck. I feel very confident in his knowledge and I know he is always trying to do what is best for my truck needs. He always walks with me to the service desk to pay and explains everything thoroughly so I understand what I am paying for. All around great guy!!! Thanks Scott!!
