Tyler Ford
Dealership Sales Review
I bought a used car from Barry Broussard. He claimed that it was in perfect condition. Since Tyler Ford is supposed to be a reputable car dealership, I negotiated the deal over the phone and drove 3 hours to pick it up. It was dark when I arrived so I could not check under the vehicle. In the coming week, I noticed an oil leak. We had only driven the vehicle home and maybe another hundred miles at that point. No way the vehicle wasn't leaking oil before we picked it up. They must have washed it prior to our pickup to hide the leak. Barry claims it wasn't leaking before we bought it. This is my son's first car and we thought we were dealing with honest people. All we wanted was a few hundred dollars to fix the leaks. Barry Broussard and the management at Tyler Ford are NOT honest people. DO NOT trust them!
