I want to thank Jesse Hartman, a service consultant for Fred Haas Toyota, for providing exceptional customer service. Jesse went out of his way to get my truck in for repair as soon as possible. He kept me informed of the stage my vehicle was at. I feel every time I bring my truck in for service Jesse is looking out for me and that his primary goal.
