Safety Recall Repair A Breeze

onI arrived at the Service Dept at about 8:30 AM & spoke with Dave E. Toyota had a safety recall on the backseat track of my Highlander. I left my car, walked over to Toyota Rent A Car, & Sparkle gave me a Camry for the day. It probably took under 30 minutes, and they were crowded. I expected a call by 5:30 or 6 PM but was called about 1 PM. I drove back, turned in the rental, & picked up my Highlander. Everyone was friendly, professional, and accommodating.
