Pretty good experience

Miguel Castaneda helped me find a good car fit and deal for me this year and two years ago. He really helped me out once I was a repeat customer and stayed after his shifts both times to help me seal the deal on a new car for me. The experience was going well until the high-pressured warranty sales and loan talks with the finance guy. Also, my car wasn't detailed all that well. Otherwise, I like Miguel and Fred Haas.
