Great experience from drive in to drive out

This was our first visit to Fred Haas Toyoto but it certainly won't be our last! Our salesman, Jimmy Jones, greeted us with a smile and such an easy manner we felt like we were visiting a old friend. He listened to what our needs were and was both personable and professional in manner. His knowledge of the business made this an easy day for us. Newell Peck in Finance and Leonard Bell in Delivery completed our transaction and sent us on our way with a smile. Last but not least many thanks to Horatio in Service for my car/cell phone sync...couldn't have done it without you!
