Mitch Hall Chevrolet GMC Snyder

This dealership gave us the run around for 2 weeks on a Tahoe they had advertised. I called on numerous occasions, the general manager assured us that he would notify us as soon as the first customer already on the list decided if they wanted the vehicle or not and when it gets sold so we could look elsewhere. He also stated he would call other dealerships to try to help us out and that he was a Christian and his word is true and he does what he says he will do. None of that happened, despite voice-mails left to him he never called us back. The salesman did not reply to emails when we asked status either. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service and communication, very unprofessional!
