I bought a used Dodge Ram truck back in December 2016. I had seen it online on a Saturday morning, so I called and spoke with Heather Thrasher. She told me they had just posted it and that the reason there were no interior pics was that it had not been detailed. I told her i would like to see the inside prior to driving down there. She told me she would go take some for me and text them to me. She did and I liked the truck, so my wife and I took a road trip to San Antonio. . The whole time Heather was communicating with us and when we walked in the door and we asked for her, the other salesperson said, you must be James, heather is expecting you.. She was not pushy at all and did an excellent job. we feel in love with the truck, and purchased it. As others have posted, the only issue I had was the time it took from us saying yes to getting the papers ready was a lot longer than I thought it should have been.
