North Park Volkswagen

We bought a Used Volkswagen & it only had one key & we had to pay 100 for a second key. I am now sitting on side of road in the dark waiting for a tow truck cause they failed to give us the key to the lug nuts & The roadside service could not change my Tire. That key should have been with the car When we bought it.
