I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my Mazda CX-5 from Fernando Galindo. He reached out to me about my inquiry on the Mazda CX-5 the morning I was headed to the dealership. I had never driven the CX-5 and when I went on the test drive he made sure I was comfortable driving it both in the freeway and the streets. He was respectful, courteous and not pushy. When I mentioned that I would need my car delivered to my house, he didn't hesitate to provide that service. Furthermore, he has reached out after the sale to see if there is anything else he could help me with. More sales should be like him.
