We had a great experience during the entire car buying process, and everyone knows that it can be tedious. Rick Torres, our sales rep, was nice, honest and very easy to work with. I had already researched and knew what we were looking for and prices for both the new vehicle and our trade-in. He didn't insult our intelligence and was not pushy or misleading. Negotiations were easy and straight forward. Overall received a fair deal and didn't have to play games. The financing was easy and straight forward, not pushy with the up-sales and accepted no without rebuttals. The dealership was clean and organized, easy to navigate. Overall North Park Mazda and particularly Rick Torres, were courteous, non-pushy, friendly and fair to deal with. My wife hates car buying and even she said "this was the most pleasant experience" she has had. Would highly recommend if looking for a Mazda, and ask for Rick.
