Manny was very concerned that we get the car we wanted. We had a sudden loss of previous vehicle and weren't sure what to get as our family dynamics were changing. It took us about a week and several trips to sort out exactly what we wanted, and Manny was patient and helped ensure our final vehicle had what we needed. We are very happy with our Mazda CX-9.
