I was in the car selling business some 30 years ago. I didn't like the business. I didn't like what I did to sell a car. Consequentially, I don't buy cars often. My old Rodeo was dying. I needed a car. I looked at Toyota, Nissan and Subaru. I bought a Mazda CX-5 from North Park Mazda in San Antonio, Texas. Yee haa! Sorry. My salesman was Richard Cortez. I must say that we got along, which is rare for me. To say that he's knowledgeable is an understatement. Cars have evolved since I bought my Izusu. Cars have become smarter than me. My Rodeo had a manual a half inch thick. My CX-5, my Sexy 5, has a manual over an inch thick. Did Richard explain the entire manual or the workings of the entire car to me, no way. However, he made the pertinent facts in a simple to understand why and more so, he told me how to access everything I might need.
