I started talking over text and in the phone to the internet sales team. They had all my information and kept telling me they were gonna call me back with answers to specific questions after they talk to financing and sales. I never received a call back , my questions were never answered, and I all I was told was they can help if I come in. Then when I told them to take me off their text and email lists they come back and said we will call you in a little bit. Still waiting on that call now a day later. They don’t want to answer my questions because they know I am not going to like the answer, they want me there so they can try to talk me into something I don’t want to do. If your dealership cannot answer simple questions that customers ask, maybe you should evaluate your staff.
