Cavender Toyota

I have owned 3 new Toyotas; I bought 2 of them from Cavender--the "old" Cavender. I also bought a Cavender Olds--back in the day. So, I recommended Cavender Toyota to a friend buying a car and went with her. What a circus! There are salesmen standing around outside--waiting to pounce. We "chose" a salesman before we got out of the car and I told my friend to hop out and approach him. Still, another salesman approached me before I could put my car in park. The salesroom had people (buyers) hanging out all over the place. I could go on; but, the WORST thing was after getting approved for credit, they REFUSED to tell us the interest rate! Not only is this unethical it is illegal. Of course, we would find out AFTER we purchased and signed the contract. Needless to say, we walked away. Buyer beware! I don't know what happened to the Cavender I used to know and trust. This place isn't it. I called the General Manager to express this sentiment; he never called me back, so here it is .
