Saturday’s TOP-NOTCH Service@ Round Rock Nissan

onWe brought my wife’s Murano into Round Rock Nissan’s Service department at our earlier established appointment time to have an oil & filter change and to have a State Inspection performed. Our Service advisor , Stan Hill , was available immediately to help us with the intake process. Stan also mentioned that a free courtesy inspection would be performed to make sure everything was “ up to par “ , mechanically , on the car. We , then , went home to await Stan’s update their progress on the original tasks that we had ordered. About an hour and a half after we left the shop , we got a message from Stan advising that all was well with the car EXCEPT that the rear wheel brakes could use some attention. We agreed to have a “ brake-job “ - - as clearly detailed in the message Stan sent to us - - performed in addition to the other tasks the shop had performed. A couple of hours or so after that conversation , Stan contacted us to let us know that all the work was completed and we could come to get the car. Stan Hill explained CLEARLY all of the entries on the invoice so as to avoid any confusion on my part. THAT WAS VERY HELPFUL ! Once again , and as has been the norm for us with Round Rock Nissan , we were very pleased with the service , the cost , and with our Service Advisor , Stan Hill !
