Poor customer service in Finance on 2023 certified purchase

onIt's unfortunate that we had to deal with an unprofessional finance manager. At one point my son who was purchasing the car asked about the first payment due date. The finance guy told him when he got home a read the contract he would find the information in the contract on page one. What a horrible experience for my son on his first car purchase at a dealership. Now we understand why dealership get bad reputation for customer service at financing.
