It was a pleasure shopping for my Audi A6 at Audi Plano. Kris was my sales representative and he went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. He acknowledged my preferences and needs, answered all my questions; overall his professionalism and friendliness exceeded my expectations.
