Lacking the Porsche Standard

onI’m disappointed with the customer service at this Porsche dealership. Despite reaching out multiple times regarding issues with my vehicle, nothing was resolved. The staff seemed indifferent and lacked the professionalism and quality of service you’d expect from a premium brand like Porsche. Communication was poor, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. For a dealership representing such a prestigious brand, the experience fell far short of expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless they drastically improve their service standards
