But i Don't have that feature...

My service adviser Jeff kept up selling me on services and I fell for it, until he offered me a calibration on my "lane deviation" feature that I don't have. When I told him I did not have the feature he assured me I did. Well... when I picked up my car there was no "lane deviation" feature. I informed the Manager Aaron Woods. First he tried to tell me I was wrong and must have misunderstood. Good thing i have the voice mail my service adviser left me offering the calibration of my lane deviation . The manager said he would "investigate". It's been a week now. Must be a thorough investigation. Scam written all over this one. They got me for $2k.
