I visited a few other dealerships and, because I am young, the salespeople did not really take me seriously. I was immediately greeted by John who offered to show me some of the better cars on the lot. He was very honest, steering me in a few different directions based on my requirements and preferences. He treated me with the utmost respect, did not pressure me into anything, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. John and the rest of the team made the whole car-buying process very painless. Being my first experience, I did not feel overwhelmed. They laid everything out in front of me and guided me in my decisions without pushing me to do anything I either did not want or couldn't do. They offered to clean and detail my new car and made sure I got everything I needed with the car.
