Payam greeted us at first entry, helped us narrow down our vehicle selection, took time to explain all of our different options, and let us test drive those we were interested in. After we made our selection, we were able to take the car on an extended test drive to verify the vehicle fit well in our garage. The negotiation and paperwork process was very easy.
