Enterprise Car Sales Plano

My experience at with enterprise car sales was less that favorable. I was in a situation where I needed a vehicle and the vehicle we found fit the bill YET the sales people and office people had no idea what they were doing. They ran my credit score and it was off. I tried walking out and it miraculously came down. Then they needed my pay stub and I don’t keep that stuff on me so I had to drive an hour to get it and received calls while on the road to hurry up because the banks close. I got back and information was loaded and credit score changed again and I tried walking out then miraculously it went down. I knew my credit score wasn’t bad. There is so much more to the story and I could write a book ; including the bank who financed not getting paperwork. Word to wise there might be a million of you out there that love this company yet my experience was extremely stressful which they know yet , were sorry…..that’s it.
