Don Herring Plano

I came by Don Herring Plano by accident. Long story short, an ex-friend that worked at another dealership was trying to sell me a "new" 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander with 3500 miles on it for full MSRP. After I did some additional research, I came across Don Herring. As soon as I walked on the lot, I was greeted by a nice gentleman who directed me to Charles, the man who had left a voicemail that morning regarding my internet inquiry. Charles introduced himself and since he was busy with another customer, re-directed me to Juan. Working with Juan (and Charles) was an absolute joy. Juan pointed out all the features of the car and never pressured me to buy anything. In fact, after my test-drive, he waited for me to tell HIM that I wanted to buy the car. He asked me what terms I wanted (how much for new car and trade) and after a brief negotiation, I was able to get what I wanted on both AND received a lower interest rate as well! I am very happy with everyone at Don Herring. They treated me and my mom with kindness and respect and they were very professional. I definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.
