Terrible experience. Before I bough the car I was told that I would be able to have to car inspected and that any issues would be covered. After purchasing the vehicle, I took the 2011 SL63 AMG , That I had just paid $66K cash for, to a Mercedes dealership to be inspected because some of the features were not working properly. As it turns out. Someone had spilled coffee or some other sugary drink on the console and had cause some of the buttons to short and others to stick. Also there was "repaired" front end damage that had be improperly repaired and the Parktronic senors were not working. I was told that because the problems were caused by outside events that they were not covered by the factory warranty. I thought no problem, I was told that I could have it inspected and that if there were any problems that they would be covered. So, I called back and asked to speak to a Manager. I was directed to his voice and left a message and waited to hear back. and waited..... and waited.....NOTHING. So I called back and asked for the General Manager. Again I was sent to voice mail and left another message. And again I waited and wait and got nothing back. I called back again and asked for the owner......... Same thing. After 3 weeks of trying to get someone I finally just paid for it out of pocket. $2300.00 And here is the bad part. I work for a Dealer in the area. I bought this car for a very good customer of mine who was looking for this particular car. I paid the cost because my reputation and the reputation of my Dealership are important to me. If this place treats others dealers this way I cant imagine what they are doing to their other customers. I will not ever be doing business with this company again.
