AutoNation USA Plano

purchased a vehicle friday , by tuesday the vehicle is not running. trying to speak to someone at the location and they keep hanging up on me and bot answering when i call back. called off another number, and they answered then put me on hold for 10 minutes. the vehicle was supposed to be ready when we made it friday, they were still running the crap out of our credit even though we were told we were approved with $1600 down. they then said we would need $2300 down and the vehicle was NOT ready. noone will answer, noone will call us back. we just would like to give this car back. rushed us for a review then didn’t even check on us for hours after we gave a good review
