Bayway Chevrolet
Dealership Service Review
I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Bayway Chevrolet. I purchased a 2018 Chevy Traverse in December 2023, and within just eight months, the transmission began to fail. Additionally, only four months into owning the car, I had to replace the fuel pump because the car wouldn't start after refueling. Despite leaving multiple voicemails, I have received no response from the dealership regarding these issues. To make matters worse, the car was sold to me with water in the back headlight, and my attempts to get assistance for this issue have also been ignored. Paying a $600 monthly note for a car that is not functioning properly is unacceptable, and I feel as though I have been scammed. The cost of repairing a transmission is incredibly high, and I still haven't been able to get it fixed due to the expense. This situation has left me feeling frustrated and regretful about ever purchasing a vehicle from Bayway Chevrolet. The lack of communication and support from the dealership is incredibly disappointing. If this situation is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to contact a news station to share my experience. I expected better from this dealership.
