Came in to look at new Escapes and see what I could get for my trade in. They took my car for an inspection, which took awhile but not a huge deal, and started asking about what I wanted in a new car. Bart took me back to check out the new Escapes and was honest about which models had what I wanted and which weren't worth a damn. Easy negotiating a better trade in and getting my monthly payments where I wanted them. I came back later in the day and they got my deal sealed. Not a bad buying experience. That's says slot because I hate buying cars.
