Very good sales dept (definately breaking the mold of the typical car salesmen) Very informed salesmen(new guys are too aggressive and need to ease up and management needs to be involved here but management is weak. I get the impression that management is the old type of sales people.) Friendly, inviting and as customer friendly as management will let them be Management is hampered by a lack of workforce in the local area (oil business is booming) and I'll assume that they don't want to pay enough to keep low level employees as this area pays fast food employees as much as 10.00/hr and sales is affected by sub standard services to prep sales made and I know sales associates have to do prep work. Parts is excellent and well informed Female employees in service, parts and sales tend to be too by the book in dealing with customers and would be excellent if they would loosen up and relax and remember that customers don't need to be dealing with anyone that is a standard operating proceedure clone. Admittedly some of this aire comes straight from management.
