EchoPark Automotive San Antonio (New Braunfels)

This was a bad experience from the get go. First they would not take RBFCU financing then once I got a company they would take they told me the car had been sold to someone else even though I had an appointment to purchase and was told it was on hold. Then 2 days later I get a call saying the deal fell through. I went in to purchase on Monday night. When I drove off the rear taillight was out so had to go back and get that fixed then there is a dent in the rear quarter panel that I was told it was fixed as good as it can be even though it was not a good job. They said for vehicle over 80k miles they use a different process to fix them. Needless to say now I have to take it to a body shop myself to try and get it repaired which will be more money. Then I go through the car wash and water starts pouring through the front windshield. So i am waiting on someone to come and fix that. With there 250 mile return policy it makes it hard to get a good idea of all the issues in that time. These are just issues that have came up in the first week. I am scared to think what I have to look forward too. Buyer beware if you buy from this company.
