I was pretty anxious to buy a luxury car from an independent dealer, but the process was so smooth. Our salesman, Evan was great to work with and made our experience really wonderful. The car needed new brake pads, and the service team got us scheduled the next week to come back and they took care of it. They also noticed that another part needed to be replaced and are taking care of that as well. Connor in the service department was awesome as well. This was definitely a great experience and I would highly recommend working with EchoPark!
