Dow Autoplex

I was pressured and lied into buying a vehicle I expressed I didn't want but was told that is the only vehicle I could be put into. I was told the vehicle I requested could not be found at our payment level. When I spoke with salesman the next day after the purchase and expressed that I was very unhappy, he said sorry but the car has already been funded. I begged could we return the vehicle and get my trade back or could they look at other dealerships to find what we want. He said if I had 3000 down. I called the dealership spoke to general salesman and he said hey you were here all that day( because I didn't want that car but kept getting pressure even tried to leave and say let me sleep on it) I said can we get me in something I want and take it back. He said no car had been funded!!! I called GM financial and found out I was lied to. It had not been funded at the time they said it was. I have sent numerous emails asking to rectify this and they won't answer any of the emails. Supposedly a family owned operation, don't fall for that. No one has contacted me and they Chevy would be calling to do a review. Funny never got that call. I would still love to be put into a vehicle we want but I know they don't care to this. They can't even reply to an email.
