Trophy Nissan
Dealership Sales Review
I've leased two vehicles here, a 2009 Maxima and a 2012 Altima. I traded the Maxima in early due to the dealer calling and making an offer. They said they would pay it off and I'd start making payments on the new Altima. Great, except now that my lease is ending on the 2012 I decided to check my credit prior to leasing or purchasing a new vehicle. Guess what. Trophy Nissan did not keep their word! There are balances from both my 2009 and 2012 vehicles as charge-offs!!! I called Nissan Credit and I'm going to send them a check. In the meantime my credit has taken a hit, and this is due to Trophy Nissan not keeping their word. By the way, this is over a couple hundred dollars. Not only that, but when I leased the 2012 I sat in the finance guy's office for nearly an hour listening to him drone on an on about an after-market insurance plan for maintenance, which would have added over $100 per month to my payment. I have no plan on going back to Trophy Nissan. In fact, at this point, I'm pretty sour on Nissan, and I've been leasing from them for 16 years!
