Trophy Nissan

We recently purchased our new Nissan Rogue from Trophy and I can say without hesitation it has been a headache since day one. We made our purchase over a month ago, and they still haven't gotten things right. First we did not have our checkbook to make the full downpayment and so returned the same evening we bought the vehicle to bring our personal check (a 25 minute drive). They then called saying they lost the check and we had to call our bank to put a stop on it. Three days later, they found the check again and mailed it to us. Next, because they did not have the exact vehicle on the lot we wanted (fully loaded), they arranged to have alterations done/added to make it fully loaded. We were promised all items would be scheduled at the same time to avoid a long drive from downtown Dallas.... wrong. We had to make 2 trips to get what we were promised added. That's not counting the trips we had to subsequently make due to their mistakes. The second trip was for the addition of the sunroof. When we went to pick the car up after that, we noticed they had scratched the paint and we had to bring the car back again to have them repaint. We got a call from customer service saying they would need to keep the car at least another 2-3 days because their first attempt at repainting went wrong. We thought after the paint job we finally had the car we wanted (mind you this is 3.5 weeks after buying the thing.... but NO... then the sunroof starting leaking with the rain. Right now the car is back there AGAIN waiting for the sunroof to be repaired. We are fed up! We were given the impression things would be great, that they could give us just what we needed. I wouldn't trust these guys with my worst enemy. Buy with CAUTION... don't be pressured in to buying something you don't want. MOST OF ALL don't let them talk you in to having a sunroof added. They'll tell you anything to get you to buy!!!!! GET IT IN WRITING!!!!!!!!!!!!
