Trophy Nissan
Dealership Sales Review
I called and spoke with the internet sales manager, and was told a car was available. I pick up my husband and inlaws to go buy the car. When i get there the manager is not available, so i am assigned a sales person. He evaluates everything i could possibly want in a car, and i told him, i would like to look at the car first before discussing other options. He told me they have cars in all parts of the dealership, so its easier if they know all my options to pull up several for me to view. after 40 mins of reviewing my options and trying to get me financing, which i turned down, we went to look at some cars. The sales person told me the car i wanted was sold 5 mins ago, and would show me other options. Really? I was here for 40 mins, and it didnt occur to you to tell me that? I was looking for an Infiniti and the sales person preceeded to show me a Chevy Impala, and told me they are comparable. Really?? He told me all cars are the same, just brand names are different. Hmm...if thats the case a porsche and a corolla should be the same thing. Then the sales person got deffensive and told me i couldnt find an infiniti in the price range i mentioned. Hmmm then why did i go there to buy the one they had? The sales person told me, the price which is posted online is at cost, and it doesnt include services Trophy Nissan has done on it. So all cars look cheaper online, but they add on charges when you get to the dealership. Hmm False Advertising anyone!! The most rude, and worst customer service experience i have ever encountered. If you are looking to buy a car, try another dealership.
