Trophy Nissan
Dealership Sales Review
The last couple cars I purchased I did from Trophy Nissan, "Gerald Wilson" was the salesman and he was the VERY BEST!! Sadly he had medical issues and passed away RIP my friend. Before he went to the hospital he and I talked I needed to trade my car in for lower payments due to a sudden unexpected loss of half my income. Gerald Wilson is a man of honor he didn't lie and was very straight forward and HONEST! He told me I had $5,000.00 equity on the books from my last trade in because I didn't get what my car was worth and I paid cash for it from them about $14,000.00 2009 Nissan Sentra 90,000miles not even 100,000. Anyways I need to trade my new car in 2015 with only 7300 miles on it non smoker still smells brand new Sentra SV model loaded Jennifer the "General Manager" told me after Mr Wilsons passing if I ever needed anything come back she would personally take care of me. What a disappointment. She was rude and told me my "new" car was only worth about $10,000., their wedsite est my car worth 12,125. and that's not even looking at it! She denied the $5,000 on the books equity I have from my last trade in and told me I was upside down in my equity when I know for a fact with my equity on the books from my last trade in and if they would give me what THEIR WEBSITE EST. the worth as a trade I would have at least 7,000 she could give me plus I'm financed through Nissan Corp and I have made excellent payment history. I'm trying to get another car with lower payments than $355.00 due to losing $1551.00 2 years in advance unexpectedly. So I'm disabled and went from 2600.00 a month to 1100.00. Even so doing that I ALWAYS make my car payment first and try to pay 50-100 more every month so I'm ahead. Jennifer won't even consider helping me when she clearly knows she could because Gerald Wilson gave me his word he would when he came back from the hospital. God chose to take him home and all I've got is his honest word that's past away against a General Manager "Jennifer" basically calling him out saying she didn't know HOW HE was gonna do it and I didn't have the equity on the books Gerald told me I had. Did she call a dead man a liar and a disabled customer I didn't know what I was talking about and she couldn't help me. Rude, disrespectful and did not care that she lost a customer she just knew she couldn't get me into a vehicle with less payments than $355.00 a month. I even offered to go down to a hatchback Versa. Not only was she not willing to work with me she told me she didn't have time to keep discussing it with me she wasn't "losing" money on a trade in. I did. I will NEVER go back to purchase a vehicle from her she has poor customer service and I had to call her back after 2 weeks she didnt even remember talking to me until I reminded her. It's all about HER AND THE DOLLAR. WHAT ABOUT THE $$$ I got cheated out of? I was ok because Gerald told me I still had 5,000 on the books equity from my last trade in. Pathetic customer service and I'm very sad Mr Wilson has passed away and worked for TROPHY NISSAN MANY YEARS!! He would be sickened by her behavior not to mention disappointed with how she treated his customer. Never again. DO NOT TRUST THE GENERAL MANAGER JENNFER!!
