Dealership Sales Review
This is the most arrogant and disrespectful car dealership I've ever visited. They turned down my offer flat on a new Subaru, claiming they would lose money. Although Subaru dealers have a 30-35% profit margin on all accessories (according to Consumer Reports), this place had the nerve to claim they couldn't take off more than 5%. What a load of manure! Other dealers advertise 10% off on parts to anyone who walks through their doors. The most insulting thing happened when the sales manager called me three days later. When I told him I made the deal in Denton that his dealership had turned down, he replied, "We're a for-profit company, not a charity." Then he hung up without saying another word. The district manager at Subaru needs to have a real heart-to-heart talk with whoever runs this dealership. I sure wouldn't want them representing *my* company.
