I stopped into the dealership without an appointment. The Salesperson, Roger, was very helpful. He did an excellent job of explaining all the Forester's features. The only problem I had was when I arranged financing. The finace person said I could have the payment deducted from my bank account so I would not have to write and mail a check but did not tell me there would be an extra $399 fee for this. After calling the dealership the finance manager called me to tell me that they had cancelled this "service" for me.
