Brandon Tomes Subaru

Brandon Tomes Subaru was able to resolve the purchase price and key fob issues mentioned in my previous review. More importantly, Justin (one of the managers) called and expressed sincere concern about how things were handled and intently listened as to why the experience was frustrating. I am thoroughly convinced that trouble areas have been addressed and that my experience was an unfortunate one-off, and not the normal customer experience. I am really grateful for that phone call and for that reason, I would definitely consider purchasing from Brandon Tomes Subaru in the future. I would remove the 1 star review if Edmunds allowed it and my hope is that anyone reading reviews for this dealer will used my updated rating as the accurate reflection of this dealer.
