It’s unfortunate I have to give 1 star. Buyer beware, after they make the sale they act like they don’t even know you. I was charged (they stole) $500 additional hidden in the purchase price. Additionally, they waited until after all paperwork was complete to inform me that they only had one key fob (an $800 inconvenience for me). That’s not the worst part. I have tried numerous times to reach my sales rep Curtis and also the finance department. They refuse to call back. I have spoken with 3 managers - Jose, Jeff and Justin, who all said they would address my concerns. None of them have done a thing and will not return calls. It has been over a month. This is a horrible business model of what a service industry should be. I will go out of my way to let others know, especially my large employer of thousands in North Dallas, that this is not a trustworthy business and that they truly do not care about their customer.
