Brandon Tomes Subaru

I walked into this dealership to purchase a car for the list price plus TT&L. I did not try to counter offer or haggle. Should have been a simple sale, but I had to tell them 3 separate times that I did not want to add on any additional packages. Each time the salesman and/or manager approached me with the paperwork, they had built in an additional $2000 for a package I did not want. I left the dealership without a car and will never shop at Brandon Tomes Subaru again. They falsely advertised the price of the car and told me that they had already ordered the "package" for the car and at one point asked me to "help them out" by covering a portion of the cost. I believe they priced the car low to pull in people like myself with no intention of selling the car for the listed price. Don't be fooled!
