This was the most positive experience I've ever had at a dealership. I worked with Joe Rigali as my sales professional. He was top notch and went above and beyond for me to help get the best deal I could for our new Outback. I didn't have to spend hours upon hours negotiating at the dealership. I messaged him and we negotiated the deal online before I ever had to step foot in the dealership. Working with Joe was more like working with a friend than a car salesman. I'm recommending anyone I know who is looking to buy a Subaru from him. The rest of the crew I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly as well. Like I said, it was the most positive experience I've ever had at a dealership.
