Bert Ogden BMW

Like many other dealerships, Bert Ogden sales staff are a bunch of [violative content deleted]. I bought a 2007 bmw 328i, "Certified Pre-owned," and i have had nothing but problems. The motors to the windows have malfunctioned 3 times in 1 year, the sunroof motor has malfunctioned and the door locks have malfunctioned about 3 times as well. When the power locks went out, i had to use the manual lock to open my vehicle. Two times i used the manual lock, and on the second i heard a snap and when i pulled out the key the lock game with it!!!!!!!!!!!! Both bumpers had already been repainted and i just recently found out that the drivers side rear door has already been repainted. I guess i thought since i was buying a new bmw that it would be exactly that NEW, therefore, i guess i was not able to notice the rear door due to oversight (shame on me). The inside of the vehicle has terrible wear and tear on the door and console. And of course my RUN FLAT TIRES wore away after only 15,000 miles on them. i have put about 17,000 on used $30 tires and it is running much better than when i had NEW RUN FLATS. i have spoken to managers, the sales person that sold me the vehicle and the service dept. and they all say the same thing, "OH, IT HAPPENS TO ALL VEHICLES" .....IF I WANTED TO HAVE PROBLEMS LIKE "ALL" VEHICLES, I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT A FOCUS OR COBALT, which i dont even think have these problems. NOt all vehicles cost 40,000. NOTHING that i have mentioned above was ever disclosed to me!!! evey time that i have a problem, the service or sales staff just blames it on the BMW company; nothing is ever their fault!!! Now my lease is almost up, i have 5 mths left, and i am asking to see the disclosure and contracting and the sales staff and managers just say "WELL I HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO (FIGURING HOW TO SCREW OTHERS OVER) and say that it is not their job to look up the files. The only thing they care about is $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. I spoke to the service manager about my tires and he told me that they could not be repaired. This is false. i had bridgestone turanzas EL 42 and if you look on their website you will see that Run Flat Tires are repairable, but they have to be within the guidelines. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM BERT OGDEN BMW TO ANYONE. AGAIN, THEY ARE [violative content deleted]!!!
